The WVSU women's tennis team fell 5-0 to host Indiana University, Pa. Monday in a match that began Sunday morning and was suspended due to rain.
Making their first appearance in the NCAA Atlantic Region final the #47 Yellow Jackets dropped all three doubles but were leading or tied up in first through fourth singles when #44 IUP won the clinching matches at five and six singles.
The WVIAC champion Jackets finished 18-9 while the Hawks improved to 19-7.
The Yellow Jackets return all seven players next season.
