FRESHMEN/TRANSFERS/ WALK-ONS MANDATORY PAPERWORK BEFORE A TRYOUT
1.Complete ATS Profile
- Physical, Sickle Cell, and Valid Proof of Insurance
- WVSU does not have a secondary insurance policy if you get injured.
- All Forms need to be completed and signed inside the ATS Student Athlete Profile
2.Amateurism Certified by the NCAA Eligibility Center
3.Admitted in Good Standing
NCAA D1, D2, D3 - TRANSFER PORTAL INFORMATION
- All Students at an NCAA Institution must be in the Transfer PortalÂ
