FRESHMEN/TRANSFERS/ WALK-ONS MANDATORY PAPERWORK BEFORE A TRYOUT OR JOINING A TEAM
1. Complete ATS Profile
- Physical, Sickle Cell, and Valid Proof of Insurance
- WVSU does not have a secondary insurance policy if you get injured.
- All Forms need to be completed and signed inside the ATS Student Athlete Profile
2. NCAA Elligibility Center Amateurism Certified by the NCAA Eligibility Center
3. NCAA Eligibility Center Academics Qualifier if you are a Freshman with less than 2 full time semesters of College attendance - NCAA Eligibility Center.
4. Email ncaaompliance@wvstateu.edu and kaleb.curtis@wvstateu.edu that you want to join the teams with your A## and Date of Birth
