The Yellow Jacket women's tennis team rallied from 4-2 down to take a 5-4 win against Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, Sunday afternoon.
The WVSU squad jumped out to a 2-1 lead as seniors Brittany Craig and Ana Juarez won at 1st doubles and Andreea Slusarciuc and Jordan Kerns teamed to take 2nd doubles.
The Jackets then dropped the first three singles matches to finish to fall behind 4-2. Craig and Juarez then took hard fought singles wins and Slusarciuc overcame losing her first set 6-2 to winthe next two 6-2 and 6-3 to secure the win.
