Box Score 1 | Box Score 2     A little feeling of deja vu hung over Cal Bailey Field Monday.

   Just like a day before the Yellow Jackets dropped the opening game of a twinbill against visiting Concord only to see their bats erupt in the nightcap to earn a split.

   Monday WVSU lost game one 10-1 before coming back to take game two 11-6.

   Justin Graham drove in the lone Jacket run in the opener.

   The Yellow Jackets broke open a tight 5-4 game two with four runs in the fifth inning.

    Trenton Porter's three-run home run was the big blow in that frame. Porter also had a double and two singles and drove in another run.

     Phillip Mandt also had a big game at the plate finishing with four RBI courtesy of a double and a single while Trayvis Patterson belted a pair of doubles.

      Tyler Hall threew eight strong innings with just two of Concord's six runs earned.

      Curtis Johnson came on to strike out the side in the ninth.
