The WVSU men's basketball team could not overcome a fast start by host West Virginia Wesleyan and fell 73-55 to the Bobcats Saturday afternoon.

     Wesleyan took off on a 21-5 run in the first half to break open what had been a tight game and the Yellow Jackets could not get any closer than 15 after that.

     Robbie Lewis had 23 points and Howard Douglas, III added 13.
