The WVSU men's basketball team fell to #8 Bowie State 89-53 in the Clarion Classic at Shepherd Friday night.

       David Ford led the Yellow Jacket effort with 14 points.

      The Jackets trailed 43-19 at halftime as all five starters saw their first real game action together.

      The second half was much closer with Ford leading the surge.
