CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The West Virginia State University women's tennis team defeated fourth-seeded Fairmont State, 4-0, in the semifinals of the Mountain East Conference Tournament on Saturday morning at Schoenbaum Courts. The Yellow Jackets received their trophy and banner for their regular season MEC title prior to the start of the match.
