Michael Stone snuck home on the throw over to try to catch Jordan stealing, 3-0.
RBI-singles from Junkins and Christian tacked on two more runs to West Virginia State's growing lead, 5-0. Christian hit another RBI-single in the top of the seventh to give the game its final score, 6-0.

Quick Recap
A sacrifice fly by Junkins in the top of the second gave WVSU the brief advantage, 1-0. Davis & Elkins leveled things up in the bottom of the second by scoring on a groundout, 1-1.
West Virginia State crept back out front in the top of the fourth when Harrison doubled to leadoff the inning, advanced to third on a passed ball, and crossed home plate on a groundout, 2-1.
