Baseball completes Weekend Sweep of GSC

5763West Virginia State University completed the weekend sweep of Glenville State College on Sunday April 18, 2019 with scores of 5-3 and 9-6. State improved to 23-20 overall and 18-10 (3rd place South) in the MEC, while the Pioneers fall to 12-32 and 7-21 (6th place South) in the MEC.

Jacket pitching lead the way with complete games by Hunter Bradley and Andrew Stone. Bradley picked up his 6th win and that is best among the WVSU staff this Spring 2019. WVSU pounded out 20 hits on Sundays doubleheader , leading the way were Connor Slagill and Christopher Jordan with 4 hits each.
