The WVSU softball team fell 3-1 to top-seeded West Virginia Wesleyan Friday in the WVIAC championship tournament in Vienna.

The Yellow Jackets rebounded to defeat Ohio Valley 3-1 to earn the right to face the Bobcats again in Saturday's 11 am title game.

In order to take the crown they will have to defeat Wesleyan twice.
