The WVSU women's basketball team dropped its season opener Wednesday night at Concord by a final score of 77-66.

       Sophomore Asia Greenleaf led the Yellow Jacket effort with 16 points, seven rebounds, and two assists while Chelsey Davis and Sissy Wagner added 12 points each.
