Ginny Mills enters her fifth season as the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at West Virginia State University in 2019-20.
Mills was an assistant under head coach Charles Marshall for two years at Glenville State before coming to West Virginia State.
The 2014 Glenville State graduate led the Pioneers to the NCAA Regional semifinal during her junior (27-4) and senior years (29-4). She led all of NCAA Division II in 3PT FG made during her junior year, converting four three-pointers per game. She finished her collegiate career as Glenville State’s seventh leading scorer all-time with 1,520 points. Mills ranked fifth all-time in steals (260) and second all-time in three-pointers made (394) at the end of her career at GSC.
Originally from Steubenville, Ohio, Mills is a graduate of Central Catholic High School. She is married to Ronnie Mills and has a daughter, Lyllian.
