An attack error then ended BSU's run before Ashlynne Davis served up an ace to win set two, 25-16.

In the third set, the Yellow Jackets jumped out to a 17-3 advantage and never let off the gas. The Big Blue managed to eke out a few points before their ultimate demise which came at the hand of Kennedy Stanley with a kill assisted by Peri Martin.
