The WVSU baseball team celebrated senior day Friday by sweeping a doubleheader from rival Charleston.
 The Yellow Jackets rolled to an 11-0 win in the opener and then fought back from a 5-0 deficit to take game two 6-5.
 In game one
Ryan McDonough drove in four runs with a single and home run and Chris Jordan knocked in three with a single and double to lead the attack.
 Meanwhile, on the mound, senior
Colby Gainer was scattering six hits and tossing a shutout.
 The nightcap did not start out as well for WVSU.
 The Golden Eagles pulled out to a 5-0 lead after three and a half innings.
 Then came the bottom of the fourth.

Trevor Sampson drove in two runs with a long single to get the Yellow Jackets on the board.
 A couple of batters later
Jonathan Cline tied the game up with a three-run blast over the left field fence.
 Sampson put the finishing touch on the rally with a solo home run to leadoff the bottom of the sixth.
 The squads square off Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in Charleston to close out the series and the regular season.
