Yellow Jacket starting pitchers Hunter Bradley and Andrew Stone combined to throw 13 shutout innings as WVSU took both ends of a doubleheader from visiting Wheeling Jesuit Saturday.
 Bradley threw six scoreless frames in a 5-1 game one victory with Stone going the distance to pick up a 4-0 win in the nightcap.
 Both hurlers were aided by a WVSU defense that played error free ball on the day.

Daniel Rutherford broke a scoreless tie with a solo home run to lead off the fifth in the opener.
Christopher Jordan went 3-4 at the plate and drove in two runs to help the Jackets pull away.

 In softball action WVSU split a twinbill at Concord dropping game one 5-2 before taking the nightcap 5-1.
 Brookelyn Hale drove in thee runs, Shian Meeks pounded out three hits, and Madison Rafuson belted a solo home run to lead the way in the win.
