In just its third year of existence the WVSU women's cross country squad nearly picked up its first win Tuesday in Glenville.
   The Yellow Jackets actually ran a better total team time that the host Pioneers but fell 25-31 in points.
   The WVSU runners finished the course in a cumulative time of 1:57:175 compared to Glenville State's 2.02:423 but the Pioneers had the top two runners.
   Deyahnna Styles paced the Jackets with a time of 22:08.5 over the 5K course. Rachel Ward was right behind at 22:10.9.
   Also scoring for WVSU were Jillian Fletcher, Laura Szorenyi, and Brianna Hawkins.
