HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Under the guidance of Coach Boisette, The Nest achieved remarkable success at the Marshall University Invitational, setting 10 new Boisette-era school records—six by the women's team and four by the men's team—and recording 23 personal bests. The team also secured five NCAA Division II provisional marks in the 60m, 200m, 60m hurdles, and the 4x400m relay.
Women's Team Highlights:
•
Candace Morris: Achieved two provisional marks and set two school records. She claimed first place in the 60m with a time of 7.46 seconds, ranking her 18th nationally in Division II. In the 200m, she secured second place with a time of 24.87 seconds, placing her 69th nationally.
• Zoe McDonald: Recorded a provisional mark and set a school record in the 60m hurdles with a personal best of 8.71 seconds, ranking her 30th nationally. She also achieved a personal best in the 60m with a time of 7.90 seconds.

Zoe Ledet: Set personal bests in both the 60m and 200m events. She finished third in the 60m with a time of 7.66 seconds, ranking her 76th nationally, and broke the school record in the 200m with a time of 24.97 seconds, placing her 88th nationally.
• Jayla Wood: Matched the school record in the 400m with a time of 58.14 seconds, earning sixth place overall.
• Deja Curry: Achieved a personal best in the 400m with a time of 59.49 seconds, finishing 13th.

Trinity Charles: Lowered her own school record in the 800m to 2:25.43, securing 13th place.
• Shainne Wiley: Set a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:29.98.
Men's Team Highlights:
• Caedeon Trotter: Achieved two NCAA provisional marks, winning both the 60m and 200m events with times of 6.81 seconds and 21.61 seconds, respectively. These performances broke previous school records and rank him 54th nationally in both events.
• 4x400m Relay Team: The quartet of Jaden Garris, Caedeon Trotter,
Tyler Minter, and
Tyrell Brooks ran a combined time of 3:16, with an average split of 49 seconds, ranking them 26th nationally in Division II.

Curtis McCray: Finished fourth in the high jump.
• Torrance Anthony: Achieved a personal best in the long jump with a distance of 6.33m, placing 10th.
• Corey Bexley: Recorded a personal best of 6.32m in the long jump, finishing 11th.
• Kahli Davenport: Jumped 6.24m in the long jump, securing 13th place.

Devon Mendez: Set a personal best in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.86 seconds, finishing 11th.
• Kenyan Webb: Completed the 60m hurdles in 9.01 seconds, placing 13th.
• Skylar Hundall: Ran the 1500m in 4:20, earning fourth place.

Matthias Watson: Finished eighth in the 400m with a time of 50.91 seconds.
• Emmanuel Ojo: Completed the 800m in 2:01.25, placing 12th.
Notable Performances in Field Events:
• Tony Belcher: Placed fourth in the weight throw with a distance of 16.37m and secured third place in the shot put with a throw of 14.55m.
• Jonathon Berry: Achieved a personal best in the shot put with a throw of 13.96m, moving him to second on the school's all-time list.
• Victoria Colon: Finished eighth in the women's shot put final.
The Men's and Women's track teams will prepare for the Mountain East Indoor Championships on Feb. 23 and 24.
