FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. -- West Virginia State University guard
Glen Abram has been named BOXTOROW National Player of the Week.
Abram, a graduate student from Chicago, Ill., averaged 27.0 points, 3.5 assists, 2.5 steals, 3.5 rebounds, shot 58 percent from the field, and shot 41 percent from three-point range in two wins for the Yellow Jackets this week. In the victory over Charleston (WV) (1/22), he scored 30 points, shot 62 percent from the field, and 43 percent from three-point range.
