INSTITUTE, W.Va. -- The West Virginia State University women's soccer team will face the Notre Dame College Falcons at Lakin-Ray Field at Dickerson Stadium tonight in Institute. It'll be the first home game played on campus for the Yellow Jackets. Kick-off is set for 6 pm.

For West Virginia State:
- Freshman goalkeeper Laura Galindo has started 11 matches this season. She has 35 saves on the season, facing 106 shots, and allowing 12 goals. She has two clean sheets on the season.
- Leading scorer Fran Soares-Cupertino has nine goals on the season off 23 shots on target. She shoots at a 0.173 percentage and drains 0.391 of her shots on goal. She is ranked second in the conference in goals per game (0.75) and 30th in all of Division II. She is also ranked second in the conference in goals scored and 21st in all of Division II.
For Notre Dame:
- Junior goalkeeper Jordan Pasalaqua has started 10 matches for the Falcons. She has allowed eight goals on 60 shots on goal for a 0.882 save percentage and has four clean sheets.
- The Falcons are led by freshman Louisa Follert and redshirt senior Sammy Salatino on offense. Both have scored four goals on the season. Follert has taken 16 shots, 11 on target and Salatino has taken 30 shots, 14 on target.
Yellow Jackets Remain in Regional Top 10
WVSU remains ranked in the United Soccer Coaches Poll for the Atlantic Region this week. The Yellow Jackets fell one spot to tenth after dropping a match with West Liberty on October 13th.
